4. Responsible Use & Compliance

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our platform shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from post-login suspensions caused by buyer proxy configuration, IP mismatch, or policy violations after initial handover.
